• The “Category Management” position, a mid-level management group we established to feed future management roles, is made up of 60% women.
• While our Sales Representative team was 100% male in 2020, by the first quarter of 2023 we had changed this ratio to 70% male and 30% female.
• Our employees are made up of TRNC citizens and people from 7 different nationalities.
